Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Clean resident apartments according to established schedules and standards.
  • Clean and maintain common areas, offices, hallways, restrooms, and other spaces.
  • Perform resident laundry services as scheduled.
  • Make beds and change linens as needed.
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize and remove trash.
  • Restock supplies and notify supervisor when items are needed.
  • Follow infection-control, safety, and sanitation procedures.
  • Properly use and store cleaning products and equipment.
  • Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or safety hazards.
  • Respect residents’ privacy and living spaces; provide friendly service.
  • Assist with additional housekeeping and community duties as assigned.

What You'll Do
  • Clean resident apartments according to established schedules and standards

What We're Looking For
