Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to deliver in-home therapy for clients of all ages on a per-diem, flexible-hours basis.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, treating speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, and documenting progress in an EMR. MA licensure and CCC-SLP are preferred; home health experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• : Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active MA licensure required.
• : 1+ years of experience in home health preferred.
• : CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred; strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech and language therapy to clients of all ages.
• Create personalized care plans based on evaluations.
• Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Document progress in secure EMR system.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team.

Skills

Massachusetts license
