Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's Elite Home Health team is hiring a PRN Speech Therapist to provide in-home evaluation and treatment of speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders for patients in Arkansas.

You will assess needs, develop and implement treatment plans, educate patients and families, coordinate with the care team, and document progress while complying with Arkansas licensing and CPR requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Speech Therapy in Arkansas.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech therapy services within scope of practice.
• Assess function and contribute to plan of care with the medical team.
• Treat communication, swallowing and cognitive impairments.
• Document patient progress and communicate with supervising clinician
