You will partner with patients, families and the interdisciplinary team to improve communication, safety, independence, and quality of life through personalized care.

Required: active state license, CCC-SLP, CPR certification; preferred 1+ year experience.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice speech pathology in the assigned state.
• CCC-SLP certification with accredited program completion.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home evaluation and treatment for speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team to improve communication and safety.
• Deliver personalized care to enhance independence and quality of life.
