Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to provide truly patient-centered care in Vista, CA and surrounding areas. PRN positions are available, with patients treated in their homes and communities.

Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans and use evidence-based approaches to address impairments in speech, language, executive functioning, cognition, dysphagia, and augmentative communication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist required.
• ASHA CCC or CCC-E required for clinical accreditation and practice.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families, professionals and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of speech and language impairments, including executive functioning and cognitive needs.
• Address dysphagia and augmentative communication needs.
• Provide patient-centered, home- and community-based therapy in Vista, CA and surrounding areas.
