Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Spring Valley, CA seeks experienced Speech Language Pathologists to deliver patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities. PRN positions available that accept patients for the duration of their stay.

Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans addressing speech, cognition, dysphagia, and augmentative communication while focusing on functional goals and ethical practice in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CA state licensure required.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred; licensure required.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders preferred; strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of speech and language disorders.
• Address executive functioning, cognition, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams in home settings.
