Fox Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Speech Language Pathologists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in private residences and senior living communities in Deltona, FL. Clinicians enjoy autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful patient outcomes, with opportunities to incorporate telehealth.

Responsibilities include evaluations, plan development, and evidence-based therapy, plus documentation in FOX’s EMR and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency
• Current CPR certification
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC)

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living communities
• Perform evaluations, develop care plans, and deliver evidence-based treatment
• Deliver therapy sessions that support wellness, longevity, mobility, and independence
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate
