Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in Winchester, VA, including private residences and senior living communities. The role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and the opportunity to incorporate telehealth when appropriate.

You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC) required.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment to improve mobility, independence and quality of life.
