Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Altoona, PA is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for in-home care on a PRN basis. You will deliver in-home programs to treat hearing, swallowing, and language impairments, supporting patients with dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Speech Therapy.
• Current PA SLP license.
• CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation to care sites.
• 1 year of home health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home programs for hearing, swallowing, and language impairments.
• Evaluate speech and language abilities and perform reevaluations.
• Plan and provide rehabilitative services for speech and language conditions.
• Record treatments and progress notes; maintain patient records.
• Educate caregivers and family members in methods to assist patients.
