Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home services focused on hearing, swallowing, and language impairments. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver rehabilitative therapy with 1:1 patient care in clients' homes.

We value integrity, patient-centered care, and reliable transportation to and from care sites. A Master's in Speech Language Pathology, state license, and CPR/BLS/First Aid are required, along with 1 year of home-health experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Active state licensure to practice as an SLP is required.
• CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home programs for treating hearing, swallowing, and language issues.
• Evaluate speech and language abilities and perform periodic reevaluations.
• Plan and deliver rehabilitative services for speech and language conditions.
• Record treatments and progress in clinical notes and reports.
• Educate caregivers and families on assisting patients with disabilities
