• Average reps: $80K–$150K+
• Top performers: $200K+
• Uncapped commission structure (1099)

What You’ll Do

• Run in-home solar consultations with homeowners
• Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of solar
• Present customized solar solutions and close deals
• Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects

What We’re Looking For
