Job summary

Venture Home, a fast-growing residential energy company in the Northeast, is seeking experienced Solar Sales Consultants to join our in-home sales team in Taunton, MA. You will build relationships with homeowners, present solar solutions, and close deals with the support of our appointment setting team.

We offer base salary plus uncapped commissions (OTE $100,000–$250,000), a strong benefits package, paid training, and opportunities for advancement in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required.
• Outside sales (In-home sales) is preferred.
• Solar experience is welcomed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners and understand their energy needs.
• Close deals by presenting solar solutions and options.
• Support from appointment setting team to schedule homeowner meetings.
