Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to provide in-home services for adults and geriatric patients in and around Sarasota, FL. The role offers a flexible schedule, a consistent caseload, and support from a therapy-first team, plus mileage reimbursement, paid training, and a tablet provided.

Requirements include an active SLP-CCC license, BLS CPR, reliable transportation, and comfort with email and EMR systems. An active license is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Active SLP-CCC license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Comfort with technology: email, texting, EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate patient communication, cognition, and swallowing to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.
