Job summary

Royal Care in Bronx, NY is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to join our home health team. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, cognitive, and communication disorders in patients' homes, with both pediatric and adult populations.

This fee-for-service role offers flexible caseloads and travel throughout the community. Positions are available as full-time or part-time with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active New York State SLP License.
• Experience in home health, EI, school-based, pediatric, adult rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive, voice, fluency, feeding, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s age, diagnosis, and needs.
• Deliver one-on-one home-based therapy.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, PTs, OTs, case managers, social workers, and schools.
• Maintain accurate evaluations, notes, progress reports, and documentation.
