Job summary
Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home evaluation and therapy in the Akron/Canton, OH area on a part-time basis. You will deliver one-on-one patient care, develop individualized plans, and document progress in medical records.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current, unrestricted license to practice as an SLP in OH.
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
- Reliable transportation to patient care locations.
- At least 1 year of professional SLP experience in home health or similar setting.
- Home health experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home programs to treat hearing, swallowing, and language impairments.
- Evaluate patients' speech and language abilities and plan rehabilitative services.
- Record treatment types and patient responses in clinical notes and progress reports.
- Educate caregivers and family on ways to assist patients with improving and managing conditions.
