Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or healthcare admin experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance guidelines related to PAP therapy.
• Experience in healthcare billing/claims is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PAP equipment set-up appointments and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Provide instruction and education to patients regarding PAP equipment usage, cleaning, and therapy expectations.
• Explain patient financial responsibility, insurance coverage, copayments, and payment options.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while responding to patient inquiries and follow-up needs.
• Monitor PAP patient compliance and encourage therapy adherence.
• Maintain professional communication with patients, caregivers, physicians, and referral sources.
• Accurately document patient interactions and payer requirements in company systems.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain audit-ready documentation.
