Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a skilled home health nurse (LPN or RN) to provide in-home nursing care under the direction of the Director of Patient Care Services. You will follow the service plan, verify physicians orders, and ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities include teaching self-care, documenting visits, coordinating with staff, and maintaining infection control standards. Kentucky licensing and CPR are required; TB test and eligibility to obtain may be needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Kentucky nursing license (LPN or RN).
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• TB test or willingness to obtain.
• Competency in general nursing skills and practice.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled nursing care in the home according to the service plan and physician orders.
• Performs nursing tasks ensuring patient safety and reducing medical errors.
• Documents visits and progress notes timely; communicates patient status to staff.
