Job summary

ViaQuest, Inc. is seeking a compassionate In-Home Shared Living Provider in Greene County, OH to welcome an adult with a developmental disability into your home, offering daily support and companionship.

You will provide day-to-day care, a private bedroom, and a safe, inclusive living environment, while coordinating with ViaQuest staff and medical appointments to support independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle and good driving record
• Clean background checks
• Home that meets safety requirements (home assessment required)
• Home or renter’s insurance

Responsibilities

• An adult with a developmental disability will live in your home with you. You will provide them with daily care and support.
• Provide a private bedroom and a safe, supportive home environment
• Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation
• Encourage independence through skill development and guidance
• Schedule and attend medical appointments and social activities
• Keep simple daily records and communicate with ViaQuest staff
