Home Instead Pilot (Phase 2) is seeking caring and dependable individuals for caregiver roles in Bardstown, Kentucky. The ideal candidates will assist elderly clients with personal care, provide companionship, and support their daily living needs.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving or assisted living desired.
• CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with errands.
• Support client safety and report changes.
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
• Build trusted relationships with clients.
