Always Best Care Chicagoland is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and independent at home in the Mokena, IL area. The role offers full-time or part-time hours, paid training, weekly pay, and flexible schedules to fit your life.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of home care experience and a valid driver license. Responsibilities include medication reminders, mobility assistance, personal care, light housekeeping, and assisting with exercises.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of home care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Patient and compassionate demeanor.
• Must be able to work in the USA and hold a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and monitor client health needs.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the home and during appointments.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene tasks.
• Support clients with therapy exercises and daily activities.
• Run errands and do light housework including meal preparation.
• Report incidents to Care Coordinator and follow care plans.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Coordinate with family and care team to ensure quality care.
