Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of home care experience, a valid driver’s license, and a strong commitment to quality care. Work locations are in-person across DuPage, Will, and Cook Counties with options for full-time, part-time, or live-in assignments.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of home care experience.
• Must be able to work full-time or part-time.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work in the USA.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Support physical therapy and exercises as prescribed.
• Run errands or accompany clients shopping.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report any unusual incidents to Care Coordinator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Follow the care plan.
