Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care in Jasper, Tennessee, is seeking Dedicated Caregivers to provide compassionate in-home support to seniors and individuals with disabilities. Available as Full-Time or Part-Time, on-site in Jasper, TN, with flexible scheduling including weekends.

You will collaborate with our team to maintain clients' dignity and independence, performing personal care, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship within clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine compassion for helping others.
• Excellent communication abilities in English.

• Reliable transportation for commuting to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs according to each client's preferences.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor adherence to prescribed treatments.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
• Assist with errands and transportation to facilitate clients’ mobility and social engagement.
• Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations to build relationships with your clients.
