Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs/IADLs.
• Transferring and positioning the client.
• Incontinence care and housekeeping tasks.
• Companionship and conversation.
• Meal planning, transportation, and mobility encouragement.
• Medication reminders.
• Monitor Alzheimer's and dementia.
