Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking a part-time in-home assessor to evaluate non-medical care needs for elderly clients in Scottsbluff, NE and surrounding areas. Assessments are performed in clients’ homes, typically 30–60 minutes, with travel time paid at $40/hour.

Flexible scheduling from 8am–8pm, Monday–Sunday, with weekends acceptable. TB skin test required if not recently completed; training provided on the job.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting home care assessments.
• Willing to travel within 2–3 hour drive of Omaha to client homes.
• Weekend availability and flexible hours required.
• Must pass TB skin test prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home assessments for elderly clients in Scottsbluff, NE region.
• Document assessment findings on care needs and activities.
• Coordinate travel to client homes with paid travel time.
• Complete and submit assessment paperwork within 3–5 calendar days of notification.
