Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking a part-time assessor to visit elderly clients in their homes around Omaha, NE, and nearby areas within a 2-3 hour drive. You will conduct non-medical care assessments, discuss needs, and document findings.

Training is provided, and you must complete assessments within 3-5 days of notification. Travel time is paid at $40/hour; assessments last 30-60 minutes with a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with in-home assessments of elderly clients is required.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities
