As a Personal Aide you will help with personal care, light housekeeping, meals, mobility, medication prompts, and errands, while following safety standards and reporting health changes promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent time-management and reliability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Training/knowledge in First Aid and emergency response.
• A heart for vulnerable people seeking meaningful companionship.
• Willingness to comply with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Encourage clients to meet exercise and fitness goals.
• Prompt clients to take prescribed medications on schedule.
• Shop for groceries or run errands for clients.
• Plan and prepare meals in collaboration with clients.
• Assist with mobility and accompany clients to doctor visits and walks.
