As a Personal Nurse Aide, you will support clients with daily living, mobility, meals, and safety while receiving ongoing training in dementia and Alzheimer’s care. A rewarding, community-focused role awaits with potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle are needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• First Aid and emergency response training provided if needed.
• Reliable transportation to client homes is necessary.
• Willingness to perform household tasks and meal prep as needed.
• Adherence to health and safety standards is required.
• Compassion and a desire to brighten clients' days.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Support light physical activity and mobility.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Handle light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or unusual incidents.
• Provide companionship and respond to emergencies.
• Accompany clients on shopping trips.
• Remind clients to take medications as directed.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
