House of Hearts ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a heart-driven ABA team. We offer in-home and in-school visits with both full-time and part-time options and an ASAP start. Pay ranges from $23 to $29 per hour with bonus opportunities.

Candidates must have an RBT certification or be actively pursuing it; you will work with kids, families, and BCBA mentors in a supportive environment with flexible schedules and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it) and guidance through the process.
• Love for working with children and a positive, team-first attitude.
• Reliable transportation and good vibes.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and bring your heart to work every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA mentors.
• Track progress using simple training systems.
• Collaborate with families and teammates to help kids thrive.
