RCM HealthCare Travel is seeking a local contract Occupational Therapist to provide school-based OT services in the home of a 5th grade student in West Chester, PA 19380. This 13-week, 40-hour-per-week assignment requires in-person sessions, 60 minutes each, with monthly consultations and round-trip mileage reimbursement.

The OT will evaluate, plan, and implement services aligned with the student’s IEP, collaborating with educators and multidisciplinary teams to promote participation in school

Qualifications

• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged students.
• Knowledge of sensory processing, emotional regulation, trauma-informed practices, and school-based interventions.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to develop educationally relevant treatment plans and contribute to multidisciplinary IEP teams.

Responsabilités

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations to assess students' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and specialists to support student success.
• Recommend sensory strategies and accommodations to promote participation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
