Job summary

USA Insulation of Austin is seeking a motivated Salesperson to drive revenue growth by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored insulation solutions. You will build a robust sales pipeline, conduct in-home presentations when required, and negotiate terms to close deals.

Qualifications

• In-home presentations and sales experience is a major plus.
• Home improvement sales experience is a major plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Salesperson or in a similar sales role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.

Job Summary

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
