Job summary

USA Insulation is a fast-growing company seeking outside sales representatives across the United States. You will work with pre-set or qualified leads, with no cold calling, and enjoy strong earning potential through uncapped commissions.

Training is provided, weekly sales meetings occur, and a supportive team drives success. Experience in home improvements helps, but we offer training for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 1 year of outside sales experience is required.
• Experience with home improvement or related sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Close deals with warm/pre-set leads, typically on a one-call close basis.
• Maintain relationships with customers and provide ongoing support.

Our Position Offers The Following

• No cold calling
• Pre-set / qualified leads
• Leads are provided
• Our leads are high quality
• Sales calls generally last one hour
• Our products are top quality and priced to sell
• Very generous commissions
• We have one sales meeting per week, that's it.

If you are an experienced Closer and want to work for an organization that appreciates you for your talents or if you are new to sales and want to make a change, training is provided.

If you've sold home improvements (windows, siding, roofing, waterproofing, gutter protection, water treatment, carpeting, window treatments) using a one call close system, We will get you in for an interview right away.

$60,000 to $100,000/year

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
