3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of custom window treatments, operating with the Hunter Douglas family of brands. In this role, you’ll meet clients in their homes, design beautiful solutions, and guide them through a confident buying decision during a single visit.

You’ll manage your own schedule, earn uncapped commissions with target-driven income, and receive four weeks of paid training plus company-provided appointments.

Qualifikationen

• Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced client-facing roles.

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
