Miracle Method Surface Refinishing - North Metro Atlanta is seeking an In-Home Sales Specialist to promote and sell our refinishing services to residential clients across the Metro Atlanta territory. This field-based role offers flexibility, autonomy, and real earning potential.

Ideal candidates bring proven sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to visualize home improvements. Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a home improvement or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home estimates and appointments to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate refinishing solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients.
• Guide customers through color and finish selection to help them achieve their vision for their home.
• Identify opportunities to expand the scope of each project through thoughtful recommendations for additional surfaces, finishes, and hardware.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure new business and maximize revenue.
• Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and relationships developed within the community.
• Cultivate referral partnerships with real estate professionals, home stagers, and investors in your territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as defined by management.
• Represent the Miracle Method brand professionally in the field and contribute to our growing social media presence
