Job summary

Luxury Bath of Pittsburgh, a division of Stillwater Bath, is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant to meet with pre-qualified homeowners, design customized bathroom remodels, and guide buyers through the purchasing process. This outside sales role offers unlimited earning potential in a consultative environment.

Responsibilities include conducting in-home consultations, presenting products with sales tools, designing tailored solutions, and closing sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Previous in-home sales or home improvement industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile technology, and sales software.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Pittsburgh market and surrounding communities.
