Luxury Bath of Pittsburgh, a division of Stillwater Bath, seeks an In-Home Design Consultant to meet with homeowners, design bathroom remodels, and guide purchases. This outside sales role offers commission-based earning with unlimited potential and pre-qualified appointments.

You will travel across the Pittsburgh market to design and price solutions and close deals. The position emphasizes consultative selling, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• In-home/home improvement sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile technology, and sales software.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Pittsburgh market and surrounding communities.
