Job summary

Luxury Bath of Pittsburgh, a division of Stillwater Bath, is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant to meet with home owners, design bathroom remodels, and guide customers through the purchase process. This outside sales role offers unlimited earning potential based on performance.

You will present our products, provide pricing, and close sales while traveling throughout the Pittsburgh market. Pre-qualified appointments are provided to support success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Previous in-home sales or home improvement industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile technology, and sales software.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Pittsburgh market and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners.
• Present products and services using company-provided tools and technology.
