The Basic Companies Co. is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in Central Jersey, NJ, offering a $100,000+ annual potential with 100% commission and uncapped earnings.

The role focuses on meeting homeowners, presenting bathroom remodeling options, and closing sales using provided tools. You’ll work with pre-qualified appointments, enjoy paid training, and benefit from flexible scheduling while growing with a growing home remodeling company.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (in-home or outside sales).
• Home improvement experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and closing skills are essential.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Reliable transportation is required.
