Job summary

BathWorks Michigan is seeking an in-home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners and design bath/shower spaces using Jacuzzi products. Training starts immediately, and you will guide customers through a consultative buying process, delivering a five-star experience.

Candidate profile includes friendly, outgoing, self-driven individuals willing to travel throughout the Tri Cities and work set appointment times. No prior sales experience required.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel to appointments across the Tri Cities.
• Willing to work Saturdays at 10am/2pm/6pm.

We remodel bathrooms in as little as one day using premium Jacuzzi products, and we provide all the training you need to succeed. No sales experience needed.

If you have worked in restaurants, retail, customer service, or hospitality, you already have the skills we are looking for.

What You Will Do

• Meet with homeowners at pre-set appointments
• Design their new bath or shower space using Jacuzzi products
• Guide customers through a professional and consultative buying process
• Deliver a five-star customer experience

What We Are Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people
• Self-driven, coachable, and motivated to earn more

• Willing to travel throughout the Tri Cities for appointments
• Available Monday through Saturday for customer appointments at 10am, 2pm, and 6pm
• Able to run at least 11 appointments per week
