Job summary

Victors Home Solutions is hiring an In Home Sales Representative in New Jersey. The role focuses on conducting in-home consultations, roof and attic inspections, and guiding customers through the sales process to achieve targets.

Ideal candidates are ambitious, self-motivated professionals who can work in the field, manage time efficiently, and maintain a strong customer experience. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift heavy loads are required.

Qualifications

• Ambitious individual with a strong work ethic and urgency to deliver a positive client experience while meeting sales targets.
• The role is field-based, focusing on client interactions and in-person sales.
• Must be comfortable walking on roofs and able to lift up to 50–80 lbs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Running appointments
• Performing ride‑al‑on appointments
• Conducting roof & attic inspections
• Attending weekly sales meetings
• Continued training with teammates
• Ensuring an excellent customer service experience

About You:

• Must be comfortable walking on roof
• Self- motivated
• Able to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Can lift/carry 50-80 lbs.
• Be able to demonstrate mastery of our sales system
• Clean driving record, required
• Background check, required
• No prior sales experience required
• No roofing experience required
