Job summary

True North Kitchen & Bath is hiring In-Home Sales Consultants to meet with homeowners and sell high-quality bath remodeling solutions. We provide the leads, appointments, training, and support. You focus on closing deals and earning great commissions.

No cold calling. Pre-qualified appointments provided. Earn an uncapped commission with a pay range of $100,000 to $250,000+ per year, with a flexible, in-person schedule.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• In-home sales experience is a plus.
• Home improvement industry experience preferred (bath, kitchen, windows, roofing, HVAC, solar, etc.)
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation.
