BATHS USA is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in Lombard, IL to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and present customized bath remodeling solutions. You will leverage a proven sales process, educate homeowners, and close sales on commission-based earnings.

This outside sales role offers pre-qualified appointments, ongoing training, and flexible scheduling with unlimited earning potential. Travel locally to deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive growth for the company.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Home improvement or remodeling experience is a plus.
