50Floor is seeking a Sales Representative (Design Consultant) to lead in-home showroom experiences and guide customers in selecting flooring solutions. You will travel up to 85 miles from home, close deals with a strong pre-qualified lead flow, and collaborate with leadership to optimize selling processes.

This 100% commission-based role offers extensive training, ongoing product knowledge, and a pathway to healthy earnings in a busy, fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Reliable automobile and automotive insurance.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work from 8 am - 8 pm on weekdays and some Saturdays.
