50Floor is seeking a Sales Representative (Design Consultant) to guide customers in selecting flooring solutions at in-home showrooms in Titusville, FL. You will work with pre-qualified leads, upsell, and close deals with a steady pipeline and expert product knowledge.

This is a 100% commission-based role with comprehensive training, extensive advertising support, and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service; travel up to 85 miles, and a flexible weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Reliable automobile and automotive insurance.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work from 8 am - 8 pm on weekdays and some Saturdays.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to excel and achieve.
