Prime Baths and Home Solutions of Illinois is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners, understand remodeling goals, and present customized bath solutions that fit their needs and budget.

You will use our iPad-based sales system to create personalized designs, present pricing and financing options, and guide homeowners through the purchasing process to close sales with commission-based earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• In-home sales experience preferred
• Experience in bath remodeling or related industries is a plus
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within local market
• Professional appearance and customer-focused

Responsibilities

About The Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to understand their remodeling goals and present customized bath solutions that fit their needs and budget. Using our proprietary iPad-based sales system, you'll create personalized designs, present pricing options, and guide homeowners through the purchasing process. Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales experience is highly preferred
• Experience in bath remodeling, home improvement, construction, kitchens, windows, roofing, or related industries is a plus
• Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced sales environment
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the local market
• Professional appearance and a passion for helping homeowners improve their homes
