Mad City Windows is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners in their homes, present our products, and prepare accurate estimates. You will leverage all provided leads and a proven sales process to drive closing success.

Average reps earn $200k–$300k per year with uncapped earnings, base salary plus commissions and bonuses. You will join a strong team with full benefits, ongoing training, and career growth opportunities within the Renuity family.

Qualifications

• In-Home Sales or related experience preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Evening and Saturday appointments may be required.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation
• Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business

Key Qualifications

• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (No Saturday evening appointments)
• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
