Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, seeks an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners in their homes and demonstrate our products, delivering persuasive presentations, creating accurate estimates, and documenting details to win business.

All leads are provided and you’ll enjoy uncapped earning potential with base salary plus commission and performance bonuses. W2 employment includes benefits, PTO, 401(k) with match, and extensive training.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home or field sales preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Excellent presentation and thorough documentation.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation
• Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business

Key Qualifications

• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (No Saturday evening appointments)
• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
