The role offers a high earning potential with a compensation range of $125,000 to $200,000+ annually, with training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with strong closing skills.
• Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Professional, personable, and coachable.
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners, present customized solutions, and close sales using proven tools.
• Manage 2–3 in-home appointments per day.
• Leverage company-provided leads and sales presentation system to maximize earnings.
