Job summary

Luxury Bath Rose Remodeling is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners to design and present bath remodeling options using our iPad-based design tool. You will guide customers through the purchasing process, educate them on financing, and close sales with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

This role offers paid training, pre-qualified leads, and a flexible schedule with uncapped earnings potential in a commission-based environment.

About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to provide customized bath remodeling solutions that fit their needs, style, and budget. Using our innovative iPad-based design and sales technology, you'll create beautiful bathroom designs, present product options, and guide customers through the purchasing process.

This is an outside sales position designed for ambitious, customer-focused professionals who enjoy building relationships and helping homeowners improve their homes.

What We're Looking For

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Previous in-home sales experience is highly preferred
• Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a significant advantage
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the local territory

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.

Potential annual earnings: $120,000 to $350,000+, based on performance and experience.
