Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Western Pennsylvania is seeking an in-home Sales Representative to join a top-performing team. You will meet homeowners at scheduled appointments, assess their needs, and present tailored window and door solutions designed to improve homes.

No cold calling or door-to-door selling. You’ll work with pre-qualified leads, receive comprehensive training, and have clear paths for advancement in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, retail, customer service, consulting, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working directly with homeowners in a consultative sales environment.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
