Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners in their homes, present products, and close deals with uncapped earning potential. You will receive pre-qualified leads, no cold calling, and comprehensive benefits.

The role emphasizes high performance, training, and opportunities across a nationwide network. Base pay plus commission with performance bonuses, plus benefits and 401(k) when employed as part of the Renuity family.

Qualifications

• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or B2C Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Willingness to attend one-time training in Madison, WI.
• Evening and Saturday appointments required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes and present our products and services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
• Foster repeat business through exceptional customer service.
• Participate in state-of-the-art sales training program.
